You can delete your DriveIQ account and all of your data at any time.

From the app (fastest)

Settings → Account → Delete account. You'll be asked to confirm.

By email

Send a message from the email or phone number on your account to hello@driveiq.app with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm your identity and process it.

What gets deleted

• Your profile and phone number
• Every vehicle, fuel log, maintenance record, tyre and battery record
• All expenses, documents, receipts and photos you uploaded
• Your reminders and AutoAI conversations

What we keep, and why

Payment records are retained where we're legally required to keep financial records. They are unlinked from your profile.

Timing

Deletion is scheduled immediately and completed within 14 days. You can cancel the request from the app during that window if you change your mind.

Fuel price data

Anonymised, aggregated fuel price averages that included your fill-ups remain — they contain no personal information and cannot be traced back to you.
