By using DriveIQ you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number. Keep access to that number secure — anyone who can receive your code can reach your account.

Your data is yours

You own the records you enter. We store and process them to provide the service. You can export or delete them at any time.

Free and Premium

DriveIQ offers a Free plan and a Premium subscription. Premium is billed through our website. Prices and what each plan includes are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice.

Free trial

New accounts may receive a free Premium trial. When it ends, the account moves to the Free plan automatically. We do not take payment details to start a trial, so nothing is charged when it ends.

AutoAI is not a mechanic

AutoAI gives general guidance based on your records. It is not a substitute for inspection by a qualified mechanic. Never rely on it for safety-critical decisions — if something feels unsafe, stop driving and get the vehicle checked.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service, attempt to break it, or use it to store unlawful content.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for vehicle damage, missed renewals, or losses arising from reliance on the app. Keep your own records of anything legally important.
