What we collect

• Your phone number — used to sign you in. We never sell it.
• Vehicle records you enter — fuel, maintenance, tyres, battery, expenses, documents and reminders.
• Files you upload — receipts, vehicle photos and documents.
• Device information — for push notifications and crash diagnosis.

How we use it

To provide the service: showing your records, calculating fuel economy and spending, sending the reminders you ask for, and answering your AutoAI questions using your own data.

Fuel price insights

Fuel prices you record contribute to an anonymised, aggregated view of station prices. We only show a station once enough independent fill-ups exist, and we never expose an individual person's records.

AutoAI

When you ask AutoAI a question, a summary of your vehicle data is sent to our AI provider to generate the answer. Your data is not used to train their models.

Who we share with

Only the providers that make the service work: our hosting and database provider, our SMS provider (to send your sign-in code), our payment provider (for subscriptions), and our AI provider (for AutoAI). We do not sell your data to anyone.

Your rights

You can export all of your data, or delete your account and everything in it, at any time — from Settings in the app or at /legal/delete-account.
