Our approach

We want you to pay for DriveIQ Premium only if it's useful to you.

Free trial first

Every new account can try Premium free. Use the trial to decide before you pay anything.

Refund window

If you're unhappy within 14 days of a payment, contact us at hello@driveiq.app and we'll refund that payment in full. No lengthy justification needed.

After 14 days

We don't refund part-used periods after 14 days, but you can cancel any time and you'll keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for.

Accidental or duplicate charges

Always refunded in full, whenever you notice them.

How refunds arrive

Back to the Mobile Money wallet or card you paid with, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your provider.
